A weapon, Armor, At-least 43 prayer, at-least 60 strength attack and defence.
Recommended:
Levels: 90 Attack and Strength, 80 Defence, 70 Prayer, and a decent Hitpoints Level.

Helmet: Helm of Nezzy, Dragon helm, Rune helm.
Platebody: Fighters Torso, Bandos Chest Plate, Dragon platebody, Rune platebody.
Platelegs: Bandos Tassets, Dragon platelegs, Rune platelegs.
Boots: Dragon boots, Rune boots.
Gloves: Barrows gloves.
Ring: Berserk Ring.
Amulet: Amulet of fury, Amulet of Strength.
Cape: Fire cape, Skill cape.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Use your potions before you enter his tunnel. Dharok first, Pray Melee, if you run out of pray he can do damage, and when you think hes dead leave prayer on till YOU SEE HIM DIE, or he may be low on health and kill you.
