Ok well i understand that if there's a guide already made, then we can remake that guide in order to try and get rep.
But, are we allowed to take the other persons pictures and info from their guide and put them into our own guide but just make it better?

u can but u should get ur own pictures unless u cant get a better shot

What do you do with sigils for spirit sheilds? How do you make them into a functioning sheild? And what is the price for the sigils.

you add them to a blessed spirit shield (spirit shield + holy elixer)
as for prices....they're hard to come by, but prices will be whatever people will buy/sell them for

as an aside....I'm pretty sure you can only make divine spirit shields atm....I know arcanes don't work yet
